| This year while trying to think of a person to Honor for our Blood Drive, we realized that many families have been touched with a variety of diseases. Each individual needs to be supported for their fight. For our Spring Drive, Sheila Studdard would like you to support the many people in Fayette County and elsewhere that struggle each day. 2010 Domestic Standing Order |

| The 2010 domestic standing order is NOW available on this site. Look on the left menu under 'Local Orders.' The order is also available in the Clerk's Office. This order is required in every new domestic action filed in the Superior Court. |
New Domestic Filing and Final Dispostion Forms as per HB369 |

| HB369 was passed last year and goes into effect January 1, 2008. The law required changes to the two Domestic Relations filing forms under the SB50 law. The Domestic Filing and Final Disposition Forms are available on this website under 'Local Forms' on the left menu. |
Sentence Review Sunset |

| Please be reminded that the Sentence Review Sunset date is September 1, 2007. See
HB197 for details.
The absolute deadline for the Sentence Review Panel to receive
applications is September 1, 2007. All applications for sentence review must be in this office by that date.
Also, please be sure that all Applications for Sentence Review are
mailed to that office within 10 days of filing. |
