2010 Domestic Standing Order

The 2010 domestic standing order is NOW available on this site. Look on the left menu under 'Local Orders.' The order is also available in the Clerk's Office. This order is required in every new domestic action filed in the Superior Court.

Court approved classes for divorcing parents available in Carrollton. You can find “Parents Forever” of West Georgia registration information and directions located under the LOCAL FORMS menu option on the left.

Scholarship Available

Two $1,000 scholarships available to any Georgia high school senior or any student currently enrolled in a school of higher education planning to graduate by the spring of 2010. Please look under the LOCAL FORMS (Superior Court) menu option on the left for more information and application form.

New Domestic Filing and Final Dispostion Forms as per HB369

HB369 was passed last year and goes into effect January 1, 2008. The law required changes to the two Domestic Relations filing forms under the SB50 law. The Domestic Filing and Final Disposition Forms are available on this website under 'Local Forms' on the left menu.

Sentence Review Sunset

Please be reminded that the Sentence Review Sunset date is September 1, 2007.

See HB197 for details.

The absolute deadline for the Sentence Review Panel to receive
applications is September 1, 2007. All applications for sentence review must be in this office by that date.

Also, please be sure that all Applications for Sentence Review are
mailed to that office within 10 days of filing.
