If you were directed to report for jury duty on Wednesday June 18, 2008.....the case has been continued to another date. You ARE NOT TO REPORT for jury duty. All of us here in the Courts appreciate your service. Thank you.

New Domestic Filing and Final Dispostion Forms as per HB369

HB369 was passed last year and goes into effect January 1, 2008. The law required changes to the two Domestic Relations filing forms under the SB50 law. The Domestic Filing and Final Disposition Forms are available on this website under 'Local Forms' on the left menu.

REVISED DOMESTIC STANDING ORDER

A revised domestic standing order is NOW available on this site. Look on the left menu under 'Local Orders.' The order is also available in the Clerk's Office. Please be advised there will be a $3.50 charge added per copy of the standing order added if the Clerk's Office supplies the order in blank to any Domestic Filing.

Sentence Review Sunset

Please be reminded that the Sentence Review Sunset date is September 1, 2007.

See HB197 for details.

The absolute deadline for the Sentence Review Panel to receive
applications is September 1, 2007. All applications for sentence review must be in this office by that date.

Also, please be sure that all Applications for Sentence Review are
mailed to that office within 10 days of filing.

Local Domestic Standing Order

Local order is now available on this website. 'Click' on Local Orders in the website menu and then 'click' on Superior Court. A copy of this order is required to accompany the complaint in every Domestic action.
